Reform Physical Therapy is hiring for a full-time or part- time physical therapist in our Topsham location. Only 20 minute drive to Lewiston/Portland!

Reform Physical Therapy is a privately owned practice that treats solely in a one-on-one setting. As a growing company, Reform is in search of energetic and easygoing therapists that are looking to offer their patients the best quality care in a low-pressure, encouraging, and fun environment. Reform prioritizes a hands-on manual and functional therapy approach in an effort to provide patients with the care they need to truly recover, not just mask the symptoms for a short period. Therapists’ daily schedules are manageable, and patients are never double booked which allows ample time for documentation and provider communication.

The actual clinics of Reform are bright and open, and do not have the gym or ‘doctor’s office’ feeling. The clinics have been designed to provide sufficient open space for exercising/stretching while also offering private rooms for those that prefer privacy. Therapists typically have their own 'space' within the clinic so that there is no need to move your belongings from area to area.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
• Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ function
• Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them achieve physical therapy goals
• Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Consult and practice with other health professionals

Skills

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist
• Intensive education and clinical expertise
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• Drive to continually learn and grow
• Professional behavior
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Valid license to practice physical therapy
• Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy

Salary: Up to $95,000 per year *based on experience!
