Provide Physical Therapy evaluation upon referral from school district (CPSE/IFSP)
Provide Physical Therapy treatment according to their IEP/IFSP once prescription has come in.

Maintain appropriate certification for your position.
Compliance with all medical requirements.

Pay: $60.00 per hour
