Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Correctional Facility – Vacaville, CA

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work an assignment at a Correctional Facility in Vacaville, CA.

Pay Rate: $ 72/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver physical therapy services upon physician referral or direct access.
• Document reports, progress notes, and maintain patient records daily.
• Communicate treatment plans with patients and medical staff.

Requirements:

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (within last 3 years).
• Valid California Physical Therapy license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
