Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) — $80K–$105K/year

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients, identifying movement impairments, functional limitations, and individualized treatment needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
• Provide instruction on body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with PTAs to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation that meets state, federal, and payer requirements
• Actively contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Required Qualifications

• DPT degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Current Washington State PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehab
• Experience with return-to-sport or post-surgical rehab
• Board certification such as OCS (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist) or willingness to pursue
• Manual therapy training or certification
• Interest in mentoring or community involvement

Compensation & Benefits

• $80K–$105K/year based on experience and skills
• Flexible scheduling options (4x10s or 5x8s)
