Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Sports Physical Therapy Clinic

Overview: We are a dynamic outpatient sports physical therapy clinic looking for a highly motivated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment to a variety of patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions.

Use manual therapy techniques to help improve patient mobility, strength, and function.

Assess and diagnose patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.

Educate patients on exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each patient visit.

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including athletic trainers, physicians, and other therapists.

Maintain a caseload of 40 patients per week, ensuring personalized and effective treatment.

Ensure patients are motivated, engaged, and feel supported throughout their recovery process.

Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay up to date with the latest techniques and advancements in sports rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Strong manual therapy skills and knowledge of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation techniques.

Excellent diagnostic skills with the ability to design and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.

Strong passion for working with active individuals, including athletes of all ages and abilities.

Previous outpatient orthopedic or sports physical therapy experience is a plus but not required.
