Duties

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and goals to establish effective treatment plans.
• Design and implement tailored therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise routines to support ongoing recovery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans.
• Promote a positive and motivating environment that encourages patient engagement and adherence to therapy programs.

Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations in outpatient clinics, hospitals, or rehabilitation centers is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for helping others recover and improve their physical health.

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
