Full-time Physical Therapist needed for outpatient orthopedic practice in Thornton, Co. The position may require travel between our offices for Aurora and Thornton, usually only to help cover for vacations. Our PT-owned clinic shares office space with multiple other providers including medical doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, psychologists and massage therapists. Our team currently includes 4 Physical Therapists and 1 PTA. We treat a wide range of orthopedic injuries with most of our patients having multiple concurrent diagnoses. We have the opportunity to see many patients through the pre and post-surgical phases of recovery. Most of our patients have been injured in auto accidents and, in this unique practice, we are not bound by pre-authorizations or usual health insurance constraints.
We are looking for another great PT to add to our team! Wondering what it is like to work here? The following are comments from members of our PT team!
- "We have a great continuing education policy! My main goal after graduation was to continue to learn and build my skills. Synergy has provided me with so many opportunities to grow as a therapist!" (Elizabeth Ford, DPT)
- "This is such a fun place to work. I've been here over 6 years and love that unlike the typical outpatient clinic, we aren't limited by insurance and visit numbers. We have a fantastic PT staff that is always teaching each other new techniques and recent research. Its a fantastic atmosphere with no shortage of laughter. I'm so grateful to have the freedom as a PTA to treat hands on and be creative in incorporating new things. Overall it's a fantastic job, with even better people! " (Kacie Prickett, PTA)
- "Synergy Health Partners is a great place to work as a Physical Therapist. You are allowed hour evaluations and the flexibility of choosing one-on-one follow-up sessions or delegating to one of the skilled PTAs if appropriate. You see a wide variety of ages and ability levels to challenge your clinical problem-solving and are surrounded by positive and support coworkers." (Kelly Adkins, DPT)
- "There is great diversity among the patients and staff. Great working environment and relationships between PT staff. Continuing education classes are valued and encouraged. Classes are oftentimes covered by the company. Communication regarding patients, between PTs and PTAs is constant. It is also easy to communicate with other providers regarding patient's when needed since we are all in the same building. We have fun. We laugh a lot. It is so nice to have a supportive boss who always has our back and trusts us to do our jobs without being overbearing! " (Emilia Lopez, PTA)
