Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both pediatric and adult patients, providing expert care to enhance their physical development, recovery, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the motor and functional skills of both pediatric and adult patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s specific needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and overall physical function across age groups.
• Educate and support families, caregivers, and patients with home exercise programs and strategies to support ongoing recovery and development.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, pediatricians, and primary care providers, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy for both pediatric and adult populations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and their families.

Working Hours:

• Full-time; Monday-Thursday

Schedule:

Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (or by patient appointment)

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly rate of $50 per hour
• Contract position (1099)
• Exempt from benefits
