At Weeks Wellness, we help women, men and children heal pelvic floor dysfunction through 1:1, whole-person care. That means no rushed sessions. No assembly-line therapy. And absolutely no “figure it out on your own” culture. We're all in — for our patients and our team.

We’re currently hiring for a part-time pelvic health physical therapist in Arlington, MA (1–2 days per week). Whether you're experienced in pelvic health or brand new to it, we’ll train and mentor you to feel confident, clear, and ready to serve.

What we’re looking for: Part-time, 1-2 days per week

• A licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Master's or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Someone who’s empathetic, coachable, adaptable and open-minded
• Excellent communicator — with patients and teammates
• Bonus if you’re fitness-forward or love patient education
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• No prior pelvic floor experience required — we’ll train you
