Core Performance Physical Therapy is a premier sports and orthopedic rehabilitation center located in Newport Beach right near Fashion Island and Irvine, CA next to Spectrum region. We are a therapist-owned facility that focuses on providing professional and exceptional quality of care to all of our patients. We utilize the most innovative and technologically advanced PT equipment to help our patients recover faster and with more data driven metrics and outcomes.

We are one of the first PT clinics to have designed and implemented an APP based home exercise program for our patients (COREEX at the IOS/ANDROID APP STORES).

Our therapists utilize a multifaceted approach with a large emphasis on movement analysis, differential screening, and latest up to date evidence-based practice for our patients' plan of care. Our goal is to strategically and effectively get our patients back to what they love doing and have all the resources and tools necessary to help get them there.

Job Description

Therapists are responsible for evaluations, establishing a patient's plan of care, and most importantly, specifically tailoring a patient’s program to meet their specific and individual needs. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based rehabilitation programs to help athletes and active individuals recover from injuries and achieve their optimal physical performance. Additionally, you will have access to continuing education opportunities, mentorship, and many ancillary services that can further enhance your professional development and career growth.

Hours: Part time to move to potential Full-Time (Hours during the week and every Saturday)

Compensation: $42– 60 Hourly

Education: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred. Current California Physical Therapy Licensed. BLS/CPR certified. New graduates as well as PTLA status are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $96,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
