Physical Therapist

Our organization is searching for a Physical Therapist who can assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients at there residence. The ideal candidate has experience in geriatrics and home health, takes initiative, and is comfortable working with patients who have complicated orthopedic problems at a hospital or outpatient clinic. Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy to patients with a wide range of needs and age ranges.
• Perform physical therapy interventions on patients to restore movement and improve posture, strength, and endurance.
• Provide physical therapy treatments in a variety of settings, such as home health and long-term care facilities.
• Advise patients on appropriate exercises to perform at home or in a gym or other facility.
• Design exercise programs for patients to improve muscle strength, range of motion, and endurance.
• Refer patients for additional medical care when necessary.
• Prescribe medical devices for use at home by patients who need them.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $140.00 - $150.00 per hour
