Position Summary

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one physical therapy in homes, apartments, and senior living communities with coverage of the greater Philadelphia area as a 1099 contracted employee.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and carry through PT visits in homes and senior living buildings.
• Communicate with clients and families and the clinical team.
• Provide continuity of care from home health to outpatient services and beyond!

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in PA (required)
• CPR certification
• Home health or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and adaptability
• Ability to commute to Philadelphia, PA

Compensation & Schedule

• Reimbursement dependent on visit type : $60-$85/visit
• Flexible hours (5–40 hours/week)
• Set your own schedule (Mon–Fri; ability to work Sat/Sun if you prefer)
