The primary purpose of the Physical Therapist is to screen and/or evaluate, and treat all residents with abnormal function related to an injury, disability, or other health condition, to assist them in reaching and maintaining their potential for independence in functional mobility.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved course in Physical Therapy, Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree, from an accredited school.
• Licensed to practice PT in NYS, and currently registered by the state’s Education Department.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Must have at least 2 years of skilled nursing experience
• Per Diem Position available
