Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients in a skilled nursing setting, providing care and treatment to help them regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' physical abilities and limitations

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress

Skills

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
