Physical Therapist

Job Overview
We are seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join an orthopedic practice that prioritizes outcomes over volume.

This is a true one-on-one model—each patient is treated individually for 30 minutes, with no double-booking and no tech-driven care. Our focus is simple: patient improvement—not billable units.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop tailored care plans.
• Provide 30 minute 1:1 hands-on therapy sessions focusing on improving mobility, strength, and flexibility for patients of all ages.
• Focus on measurable patient progress and functional outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate directly with Orthopedic physicians

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (CA) or eligible
• Strong clinical and manual therapy skills
• Values quality care over high-volume productivity

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
