Job Title: Physical Therapist (DPT) – New Graduate / Mentorship Available | Flexible Schedule |

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: $45/hr to start, with the opportunity to make more if you’re credentialed with multiple major insurance carriers.”

Schedule Availability:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Flexible scheduling within these hours is available. Additional hours are available on Tuesdays and Fridays if desired.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions including mobility, strength, and pain levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
  • Provide hands-on therapy including orthopedic rehabilitation and trigger point therapy techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Licensed Physical Therapist or license-eligible
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to work independently as a contractor
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
