We are expanding our brand-new Longevity Center and are seeking a world-class Physical Therapist who thrives in a one-on-one, high-touch environment and who wants to practice at the top of their license.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who can deliver exceptional one-on-one care with a strong emphasis on:

• Functional movement
• Injury prevention
• Strength & mobility optimization
• Posture correction
• Longevity & performance medicine
• VIP-level patient communication and rapport

You will work in a highly supportive, premium environment where caseload is intentionally low to maximize quality, results, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy to a VIP patient population
• Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and design personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with internal medicine, weight loss, HRT, and performance teams
• Track patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain premium service standards and a concierge-level patient experience
• Participate in program development (mobility programs, recovery protocols, longevity offerings)

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT preferred)
• 3+ years of outpatient, orthopedic, or sports performance experience
• Strong manual therapy, mobility, and functional training skills
• Exceptional communication, bedside manner, and patient rapport
• Passion for longevity, performance medicine, and whole-body optimization
• Thrives in a one-on-one, low-volume, high-quality setting
