About the Role

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist (DPT) for a maternity leave coverage position in Tempe, with a clear path into a full-time role in our Phoenix clinic.

We treat primarily motor vehicle accident (MVA) patients, so you’ll see a mix of:

• Orthopedic injuries
• Vestibular cases (VRT experience strongly preferred)

This is a performance-based, efficient clinic — great for PTs who like to stay busy and focus on treatment, not unnecessary downtime.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on outcomes
• Handle a steady caseload efficiently
• Perform/implement vestibular rehab (VRT) when needed
• Collaborate with clinical team (PT + PA-C support)
• Complete documentation in a timely, efficient manner

Compensation

• $55–$60/hr starting
• Up to $65/hr based on performance and long-term fit
• Opportunity to transition into a stable full-time role

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Active Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
• Ortho experience required
• VRT experience = major advantage
• Able to work independently and keep pace
