Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, utilizing your deep understanding of physiology and anatomy to develop tailored care plans.
• Deliver targeted clinical treatment interventions utilizing manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation exercises to promote healing and functional recovery.
• Manage discharge planning processes by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transition from hospital to home or community settings.
• Provide specialized care for outpatient populations with adapting treatments to meet unique needs.
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while maintaining detailed treatment records in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Educate patients and their families on Physical Therapy techniques, injury prevention strategies, and self-care practices to foster long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize care plans, especially in acute care environments or hospital settings requiring immediate intervention.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques essential for effective patient treatment.
