Physical Therapist

Coastal Manor is looking for a Full Time Physical Therapist to become a part of our rehabilitation team. Our rehab team delivers in-house therapy services for both short-term and long-term residents. Coastal Manor is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility with 38 beds located in Yarmouth, Maine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and deliver established treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Communicate with residents, families, staff, and members of the therapy team

• Provide timely documentation of care delivered and as required by licensing, regulatory, and reimbursement requirements

• Reports changes in resident status

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapist curriculum

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maine

• In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards

• Exudes professionalism in presentation
