About The Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $82,500-$85,000
• Typical Annual Earnings: $90,000+
• High performers can reach: $95,000 - $100,000+

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Treat a diverse caseload including:
• Orthopedics
• Balance and vestibular disorders
• Neurological conditions
• Pelvic floor rehabilitation (a plus)
  
  
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Prompt (EMR)
• Collaborate with PTAs and support staff
• Build relationships with referral sources and the local community
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas
• New graduates welcome!
• Pelvic floor experience or strong interest is a major plus
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
