Gaspar Doctors of Physical Therapy is a PT-owned and operated outpatient practice serving coastal North County San Diego for over 25 years, with 7 established locations. What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and movement-related conditions
• Develop individualized plans of care based on evidence-based practice
• Deliver hands-on, patient-centered interventions to restore function and improve quality of life
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and long-term health strategies
• Collaborate with a team of experienced clinicians while maintaining clinical autonomy

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in California
• Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for patient-centered care and meaningful outcomes
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
