Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine individualized treatment needs
- Develop and implement performance-driven rehab & training plans
- Utilize hands-on techniques (dry needling, cupping, IASTM, spinal manipulation, etc.)
- Educate patients on rehab strategies, movement mechanics, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and healthcare providers for integrated care
- Maintain accurate patient records and stay up to date with sports medicine trends
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Colorado PT License
- Strong manual therapy skills + exercise prescription knowledge
- 2+ years of outpatient ortho experience preferred (motivated new grads welcome!)
What We Offer
**This is a full-time role with a phased ramp-up in patient hours**
- First 90 days: 15-25 patient-facing hours per week while your caseload builds
- Target after ramp: 28–32+ patient hours per week once established
- We’re transparent about this so you know exactly what to expect. We actively shift new evals to your schedule and market you so you’re not left to “figure it out” on your own!
