Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinical team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values hands-on patient care, teamwork, and the opportunity to grow within a developing clinic environment.

This position includes a combination of in-clinic and telehealth (virtual) patient care, depending on patient needs and role responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff as needed

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Licensure: Active and unencumbered license as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (TBPTE).
• Exams: Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) and the Texas Jurisprudence Assessment Module (TX JAM).
• Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Experience: 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Skills: Proficiency in patient assessment, EMR documentation, and development of individualized Plans of Care (POCs) in compliance with the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Act.

Compensation

• $42–$48/hr

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
• No weekends required
