We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team at Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a privately owned Sub-Acute Rehab Facility located in Binghamton, NY. Our goal is to provide our patients with the highest level of rehabilitation care, and we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to help us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans to help restore day-to-day functionality

• Provide personable solutions to patients to accommodate their needs

• Coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to supportive staff (RCNA, PTA, etc.)

Skills/Requirements:

• Current New York State Physical Therapy licensure (new graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Responsible, caring, and dedicated Physical Therapists who enjoy helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development

• Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills

• Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
