Physical Therapist

We are seeking a licensed, motivated, and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing clinic in Dallas, TX. This role will focus on caring for patients in a multidisciplinary environment with an emphasis on rehabilitation and pain management.

The ideal candidate will be confident in evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, functional, and work-related injuries while supporting restoration of function, pain reduction, and return-to-work goals. We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical skills, compassionate patient care, and excellent documentation in a setting that values teamwork and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, physician orders, and functional goals
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services for patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, pain-related, and work-related injuries
  • Perform therapeutic exercise, functional training, mobility work, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions as appropriate
  • Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans based on response to care and objective findings
  • Support patients through recovery with emphasis on pain reduction, improved function, and safe return to daily activities and work duties
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, body mechanics, injury prevention, and recovery expectations
  • Complete timely, accurate, and thorough documentation to support continuity of care and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Assist in maintaining a professional, efficient, and patient-centered therapy environment
  • Build strong relationships with patients through encouragement, consistency, and excellent service

Qualifications

  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • CPR certification preferred or required upon hire
  • Strong documentation, communication, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating well with providers and staff
  • Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, orthopedic therapy, pain management, or occupational injury rehab preferred
  • New graduates may be considered if they have strong clinical skills and are comfortable in a structured, team-oriented setting
