OrthoRehab Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in San Antonio. We are a privately owned clinic focused on one-on-one care, evidence-based treatment, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy with confidence.

This position is ideal for a therapist who values quality care, strong patient relationships, and a collaborative clinic environment. Our clinic operates with an open, efficient treatment space and a community-focused approach to rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment with a focus on functional outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Ability to work independently in a professional outpatient setting.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private practice or outpatient orthopedic care.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic.
• Strong interest in education, movement quality, and long-term patient outcomes.
