Overview
Outpatient Physical Therapy Company seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for either Part-Time or Full-Time work. We are a growing company that is looking to add another exceptional therapist to our dynamic staff. We offer different subspecialties ranging from aquatics, to ortho, pediatrics, and neuro. We are looking for that special therapist to come in and bring their knowledge and skillset to allow us to grow, continuing to build on our existing result driven atmosphere. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, utilizing physiology and anatomy knowledge to develop effective care plans.
  • Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedic interventions, and geriatrics-focused treatments to facilitate recovery.
  • Manage discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transition from hospital or clinic to home or community settings.
  • Deliver specialized care for pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and clinic environments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring treatment aligns with medical terminology standards and clinical protocols.
  • Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document progress, update treatment plans, and communicate patient status efficiently.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on physiotherapy exercises, injury prevention strategies, and health maintenance techniques to promote long-term wellness.

Requirements

  • Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, or home & community care settings.
  • Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and orthopedic principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and adjust care plans based on patient progress and changing needs.
  • Experience with EMR systems for accurate documentation and communication.
  • Knowledge of discharge planning procedures and home & community care practices.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach tailored to pediatric, geriatric, or specialized populations such as orthopedics or sports injuries.
