Physical Therapist

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a committed and talented group of therapists to deliver high-quality patient care and sure the best functional outcomes for our patients.

Fulltime and per diem positions available!

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients with various diagnoses.
• Conduct therapeutic activities designed to improve motor skills, coordination, and functional abilities based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to therapy interventions accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safety measures to support ongoing recovery at home.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians, nurses, and other therapists—to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Current CALIFORNIA Physical Therapy License.
• Prior experience working in inpatient hospital units, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics or home health environments is highly preferred, but not required.
• Newly licensed Graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health principles.
• Maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: From $48.00 per hour
