Thanks to our amazing team and patients we are growing! We are searching for a Physical Therapist to join our 22- y ear old, Therapist-owned practice in Phoenix (Arcadia), AZ.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong sports medicine, orthopedic and injury prevention background with special interest in a team approach. ASTYM, Dry needling, run gait analysis and soccer return to play and performance training are a plus.


We are an outpatient orthopedic clinic that is recognized as one the country’s leading sports medicine centers for endurance athletes. Our patient populations span all ages and include non-athletes and professional athletes alike. Our goals are to restore function, increase endurance/strength/power, enhance recovery, correct biomechanics, and create a healthy and fun environment so that our clients will excel in the race of life.


We operate two state-of-the-art facilities with the latest technology and equipment. Our staff is highly educated, athletic and upbeat creating a fun atmosphere for patient education and treatment. Our unique business philosophy emphasizes patient - therapist interaction, leading to improved patient outcomes and therapist satisfaction.


We offer a competitive salary, medical benefits, 401k, profit sharing, vacation and volunteer time off, continuing education reimbursement and opportunity for advancement to a leadership position. Relocation expenses and student loan repayment are a possibility. Salary range 80-90K. Total package >95K.

Responsibilities

  • Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
  • Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
  • Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
  • Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
