Capitol Hill Education Resources is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' physical abilities and needs.
  • Develop individualized physical therapy plans in collaboration with educational teams and families.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical functionality.
  • Provide parents and educators with guidance on appropriate exercises and strategies to support students' physical development at home and in school.
  • Monitor and document students' progress through regular evaluations and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Create a positive and motivating therapeutic environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Stay updated on best practices, innovations, and regulations in physical therapy to ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirement

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience working with children, particularly in educational or clinical settings.
  • Strong knowledge of developmental disabilities and special education frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement creative and effective therapy interventions.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advances in the field.

Pay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour
