Physical Therapist

Inspire Home Healthcare is looking for several experienced home health Physical Therapist's to work on a per diem basis seeing mainly post surgical spine and orthopedic patients. We have openings spanning across our coverage area of Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Manatee counties. We are a medicare accredited home health agency. The nurse is generally responsible for all starts of care so we do not typically have PT's perform OASIS. There is the possibility of this job becoming part/full time. This is a 1099 position and the physical therapist will be compensated at a per visit rate of $70-$95 per visit RATES VARY BY LOCATION AND VISIT TYPE, rates could exceed this range for certain visits and locations. For certain candidates we are open to different and creative payment structures aside from per visit such as per day rates, area rates, etc.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must have a valid Florida Physical Therapist License
• Minimum of one year experience in home health care
• Experience with post op spine and orthopedic surgery patients
• Proficiency in the use of ultrasound massage preffered
• Will need a criminal background check
• Electronic Medical Record documentation-alora
• Service oriented, Energetic Team Player

Language skills:

• Able to read, speak, and write proficiently in English. Bilingual a plus.

Pay: $70.00 - $95.00 per hour
