Metro Sports Physical Therapy is looking for dynamic and motivated Physical Therapists to join our Midtown East team! Candidates must have a Valid NY State License to practice Physical Therapy.
We are seeking driven clinicians who demonstrate initiative and a commitment to professional growth, while establishing a meaningful presence within the NYC physical therapy community. Candidates should apply their orthopedic and sports medicine expertise to maximize quality of life and movement potential and actively cultivate strong patient relationships. Our hands-on, patient-centered approach emphasizes a welcoming and engaging environment in which therapists educate, motivate, and partner with patients, take ownership of their care, and contribute to the continued growth of both their practice and the clinic’s presence in the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in New York State
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
- US-based clinical experience [clinical affiliation or internship] required
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
- Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Consult and practice with other health professionals
- Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
- Document patient care services

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
