Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team as a PART-TIME employee covering 3 days per week, one being a weekend day of choice. At Danto, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing individualized rehabilitation services to help our patients achieve their maximum potential. Most of our patients return home to the community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Implement and modify physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and other modalities, to meet patient goals
• Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and effective collaboration
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Michigan
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
