Overview

Radiance Home Health Care Inc. is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide in-home care in Cambridge and nearby communities, including Somerville, Malden, Cambridge, Chelsea, Revere, and East Boston.

This role is ideal for PTs looking for flexible scheduling, strong per-visit compensation, and local patient assignments while making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home physical therapy evaluations and visits
• Assess patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional ability
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Complete documentation in an efficient electronic system

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Home health experience preferred, but not required

Work Location

Field-based (home visits in Cambridge and surrounding areas)
