Physical Therapist – Full-Time

Starting at $43.00 per hour, with increases based on experience and qualifications.

Town Hall Estates Arlington is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. If you are passionate about helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and achieve meaningful outcomes, we would love to hear from you.

Our therapy team is committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We take pride in developing individualized treatment plans that help our residents reach their highest level of function while enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and physician orders.
• Administer skilled physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve mobility, restore function, and promote healing.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and safety techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Attend department and facility meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
• SNF or Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with Net Health documentation system is a plus.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.
