Physical Therapist — Full-Time | Salaried | Tempe/Phoenix Metro Area, AZ

About the Role

WellTech Partners and joined forces with a mission-driven outpatient PT practice dedicated to creating safe, positive environments where patients thrive. Meet patients where they are — and we want a therapist who believes the same. You'll carry a full caseload supported by PT techs, centralized admin, and a collaborative team culture.

Schedule

• Mon / Wed / Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:40 PM (last patient)
• Tue / Thu: 8:00 AM – 11:20 AM (last patient)
• One Saturday per month, 8:00 – 11:20 AM (paid at hourly rate)

Pay

• $78,000 – $90,000/year (based on experience).

Requirements

Active Arizona Physical Therapist license in good standing (no board restrictions).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop patient-centered plans of care.
• Document daily treatments and track patient progress.
• Maintain a full, well-managed schedule and proactively reduce cancellations.
• Collect patient success stories throughout the course of care.
• Participate in occasional team meetings and referral-source outreach.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and high standards of care.

This is an exclusive, full-time, exempt (salaried) position. Schedule and location (3 clinic locations) subject to change based on practice needs.
