• Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation (Base salary + monthly incentives + signing bonus + student loan reimbursement + CEU reimbursement)

About The Clinic

Our Main Street clinic in southern Colorado Springs is known for its strong orthopedic and manual therapy foundation. You’ll work alongside highly experienced clinicians — including a Certified Fellow of Manual Therapy — in an environment that emphasizes:

• Hands-on orthopedic & sports rehabilitation

• Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Create and implement personalized, evidence-based plans of care
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
• Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure strong outcomes
• Maintain clear, timely documentation within the EMR
• Participate in ongoing CE, mentorship, and team development
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Colorado PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a growth-minded approach
