Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Honolulu, HI. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide hands-on treatment to address pain, mobility limitations, and functional impairments. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, setting measurable goals, delivering therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, and instructing patients in home exercise programs. The role includes educating patients and caregivers about injury prevention, rehabilitation progress, and safe movement strategies. The Physical Therapist will document all care in a timely and accurate manner, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust evidence-based treatment plans.

Demonstrated expertise in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education and development of effective home exercise programs.

Working knowledge of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions commonly treated in outpatient settings.

Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Hawaii.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.

Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive care.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment.

CPR/BLS certification and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
