Fort Collins, CO | Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek Option Available

You want to live where the trails start at your back door. Fort Collins sits at the base of the Rocky Mountains with immediate access to world-class trail running, climbing, cycling, and a deep athletic community. This is a city built for people who train, not just people who talk about it.

Who This Role Is Built For

This is for the clinician who:

  • Loves strength training, endurance sports, climbing, or performance culture
  • Gets energized by helping motivated runners and active adults
  • Wants 60-minute, one-on-one sessions every time
  • Is coachable and thrives on feedback
  • Understands that clear communication and confident plan-of-care recommendations are part of excellent patient care
  • Wants mentorship and professional growth, not stagnation
  • Is excited by the idea of building something, not just maintaining status quo

Bonus points if you run, lift, or train consistently yourself. Extra bonus if you have interest in pelvic health combined with ortho.

Who This Is Not For

  • Burned out and cynical
  • Uncomfortable talking about money or recommending full plans of care
  • Set in traditional outpatient habits
  • Resistant to feedback
  • Looking for an easy cruise job

We hire carefully and protect our culture.

Hear from one of our PTs:

"I’ve been a physical therapist for 11 years, and for the past 4 years at Up and Running, I’ve truly found the perfect blend of doing what I love with people I genuinely enjoy working alongside. Every day, I get to help active adults and motivated patients who are passionate about staying healthy and continuing to do the things they love. I value being able to share my years of experience and personal passion as a runner to better connect with and guide the athletes I work with as well. Being part of a team that shares those same values has made this more than just a job. It is exactly where I want to be."
