Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about patient-centered care and delivering meaningful results.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide one on one 45-minute appointments with evidence-based treatment to help patients achieve optimal function and long-term success. We have no aides, techs or assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical function and limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and progressive exercise
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term self-management
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Oregon licensure)
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement assessment
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, but not required
  • Manual therapy and exercise progression skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care
