As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal health and wellness.

About the Role:

Physical Therapist needs in Flint, Saginaw and weekends in West Bloomfield. As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans and have the opportunity to follow the patients and oversee the PTAs. We DO NOT use contract rehab companies. We believe that the best way to take care of our patients is by a true interdisciplinary approach. In order to achieve that, the whole team needs to be working towards the same goals. You will be employed directly by the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure interdisciplinary care

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, posture, and body mechanics

• Document patient information accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to all infection control protocols
