Overview:

Seeking a dedicated and clinical-minded Physical Therapist to join a premier orthopedic rehabilitation team. In this role, you will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Our facility focuses on the management of musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, and post-operative recovery. Utilizing a variety of modalities—including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education—you will empower patients to restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their peak physical potential.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Evaluation: Perform and document detailed initial examinations, analyzing clinical data to establish precise diagnoses and functional goals.
• Personalized Care: Design and implement evidence-based treatment programs focused on improving strength, balance, range of motion, and posture.
• Clinical Intervention: Administer advanced manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (heat, cold, electrical stimulation) to alleviate pain and prevent long-term dysfunction.
• Progress Management: Continuously evaluate treatment efficacy at various stages, adjusting protocols to ensure maximum patient benefit and recovery speed.
• Patient Advocacy: Identify the physical, social, and psychological needs of each patient to provide holistic, compassionate care.
• Education & Prevention: Act as a subject matter expert by providing guidance on injury prevention, ergonomics, and long-term wellness strategies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Licensure: Active Physical Therapy license from the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and digital documentation preferred
• Clinical Excellence: Deep understanding of postoperative joint protocols, acute sports injury management, and degenerative musculoskeletal conditions.
