Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Hueytown, AL
Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 36–40 Hours per Week

Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
• Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and overall wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Manage a consistent caseload while meeting productivity expectations
• Ensure a positive patient experience through compassionate and effective communication

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific or eligible)
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
