Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical limitations and functional abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
  • Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to enhance their rehabilitation progress.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Stay current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to provide the best possible care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Current or eligible Utah PT license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to grow clinically and professionally
  • New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply
