Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join an acute care hospital setting. This role involves working with a diverse patient population and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in an acute care setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Manage a daily caseload efficiently

Required Experience & Skills:

• Prior acute care experience required
• Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR) preferred
• Ability to manage 10–12 patients per day
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
