About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Work with a highly educated team of specialists

  • Deliver evidence-based treatments that actually move the needle

  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes
  • Supervise students and help shape the next generation of clinicians
  • Ensure accurate billing and coding that reflects the care provided

What Makes This Role Different

  • Clinical autonomy – You’re trusted to think, not just follow scripts

  • Team-first culture – You’re never on an island
  • No grind mentalityPatient care > pointless productivity pressure
  • Growth opportunities – Mentorship, leadership, and specialty development
  • Mission-driven work – You’re part of something bigger than a clinic

What We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Care more about outcomes than just checking boxes

  • Like collaborating but can confidently lead your patients
  • Want to grow—not coast
  • Bring energy, empathy, and just enough personality to make patients actually want to come back

The Bottom Line

  • Committed to high-quality patient care and ethical practice
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and assist with patient transfers as part of a team
  • Ability to stand, walk, and be in an active setting for extended periods of time
