Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in implementing care plans tailored to each patient’s goals and needs.
• Monitor and report on patient progress, adjusting care as needed in collaboration with the PT.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active PTA license in South Carolina
• 1 Year of experience - previous home health experience (preferred, but not required)
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Compassionate, motivated, and team-focused attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
