Physical Therapist Assistant

Rehab Specialists is currently hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative team. With four clinic locations in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Encino, and Marina Del Rey, we are actively hiring for all sites. Our practice focuses on orthopedics, chronic pain management, breast cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema, pelvic health, and aquatic therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Support patient evaluations by collecting relevant medical history and functional information
• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to help develop customized treatment plans
• Carry out prescribed treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy techniques, and functional training activities
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, infection control procedures, and patient confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active California PTA license or eligibility letter prior to employment start date
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster positive and professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
