Compensation

  • Approximately $122,000–$132,000 total annual compensation
    (Hourly pay + incentives + CEU reimbursement + potential loan assistance)
  • Hourly Rate: $36–$42/hr
  • Monthly productivity incentives up to $2,500

About the Clinic

Our Milpitas location specializes in outpatient orthopedic care with a strong emphasis on hands-on treatment, functional rehabilitation, and individualized patient care. Whether you're a new PTA seeking mentorship or an experienced clinician looking for advancement, you’ll find a supportive team ready to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality, hands-on PT treatment under PT supervision
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document care using an advanced EMR system
  • Track patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with PTs, aides, and front office staff
  • Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and payer requirements

What You Bring

  • Graduation from an accredited PTA program
  • Current California PTA license (or license-eligible)
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • A passion for patient-centered care and professional growth
